Independent Contractor - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) As an Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist with Phyt Rehab, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for daily living and independence. You’ll follow physician-prescribed plans to reduce physical limitations, update and revise care plans as needed, and communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, top-quality rehab services. Your compassion and clinical expertise will empower patients to thrive in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Licensed by The State of Wisconsin as a Speech Language Pathologist
- A master's degree is required
- One (1) full year of supervised work experience
- Speech Language Pathologist supervisors must have at least three (3) years of clinical experience
- Member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and certified by the association
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
