About The Position

Cortica is hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Irvine, California, to provide client-centered, play-based speech and language therapy to children. The role uses sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies and develops individualized treatment plans within a holistic, transdisciplinary model of care. The SLP educates and empowers families to extend communication strategies into daily life, maintains accurate documentation, and complies with state and company policies. The SLP collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, and ABA professionals. Clinicians may grow through Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, with opportunities for advancement, mentorship, training, clinical program development, and leadership contributions.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active SLP licensure in the state or states where practicing.
ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities
