About The Position
A part-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist position at a supportive charter school in Greenville, South Carolina. The schedule is 20–25 hours per week, with flexible hours spread across 2–4 days. The caseload is capped at 30 students and currently includes approximately 22 students in grades K–8, primarily K–5. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour, and all time worked is compensated. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a flexible start date.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina SLP license.
- South Carolina educator certification.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of school-based experience.
- Familiarity with EdPlan.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress data.
- Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal special education regulations.
