About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. They partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available with Early Childhood (Pre-K), Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Mixed PK–12 Caseloads, Specialized Programs, Autism Support Programs, Life Skills Classrooms, and Inclusive and Resource-Based Settings. Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility
DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
Support students with: Articulation and phonological disorders, Receptive and expressive language needs, Social/pragmatic communication, Fluency disorders, Voice disorders, AAC and assistive communication needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
Support students' communication skills across educational environments
