About The Position

TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their collaborative team. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky.
  • CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Pass background check.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong clinical skills, powerful presence, and the flexibility to think like a clinician and a kid.
  • A track record (or dream) of turning challenges into victories.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification of Clinical Competence obtained from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) OR eligible to begin clinical fellowship year.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to speech, language, and feeding.
  • Support children with expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, feeding, and social communication.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful, functional outcomes.
  • Celebrate patient success.
