About The Position
Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join its in-house therapy team. The role involves caring for patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions as part of an energetic interdisciplinary team. The therapist may have opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, dining, and creative groups. The organization provides ongoing training and career development and is building an outpatient program. Vital Therapy is a growing network of more than 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Its stated priorities include in-house therapy, bringing patients and residents moments of joy, developing and empowering leaders, and a strong commitment to quality of care.
Requirements
- Must hold a license in the state of Texas.
