About The Position

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a leave replacement in an Elementary School from now through the end of the year with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to make in-district connections and support school aged students for the remainder of the 25-26 school year.

Requirements

• Valid New York Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Must hold active New York State TSSLD
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently in various settings and as part of a collaborative team
• Valid Licensure and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment services to the K-2 population.
• Collaborate with other members of the school based support team.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of all sessions and progress towards achieving the goals as outlined on each student's IEP.
• Other Misc. duties assigned.
