About The Position

A Part-Time (24 hours) Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Utica, NY. This is a fast paced facility that offers both short term rehabilitation and long term care caseloads. We are searching for a team-oriented therapist who can add to our ability to provide the best care for our patients and residents. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care, and understands what therapists need to be successful. Requirements

• Must have CCC's
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

Nice To Haves

• SNF experience
• solid documentation skills encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
