About The Position

HomeFirst Home Healthcare is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their home health clinical field team. This role involves providing quality home health care to individuals in Trousdale, Macon, and Smith counties in Tennessee. Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP
• State of Tennessee license
• Reliable transportation
• Current driver’s license
• Automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year of speech language therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducting focused one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
• Providing patient/family teaching in the home setting.
• Administering speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
• Performing duties in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Working under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
