Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN | South Point Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist for a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital opening this winter. The role provides direct patient care and involves planning and implementing speech therapy treatment programs for individuals in accordance with the principles and practices of speech therapy. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to further development of the services and must be flexible in meeting the company’s needs across different facilities. The hospital serves chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Prior inpatient hospital experience is preferred, though candidates with a commitment to learn are also considered.
Requirements
- A speech-language pathologist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
