About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Burnsville, MN area. This is an in-person, full-time position supporting two middle schools. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence required

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Oversee an SLPA who will provide services
