About The Position

This opportunity offers a rewarding role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a team, make a meaningful impact, and enjoy exceptional flexibility along with an outstanding quality of life. The role offers significant flexibility, with options for 3-4 days per week in clinic or school settings and 1-2 days for virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision/paperwork, and telehealth services. Full-time and part-time options are available. Compensation can be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate. The position is located in Lumberton, NC, a location offering small-town charm with easy access to beaches, lakes, and cities for weekend adventures and outdoor recreation.

Requirements

  • Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed)
  • North Carolina SLP license
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • A passion for positively changing lives
