This is a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position covering an FMLA leave for students in grades 9th-12th. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 45 students, providing direct therapy services, supporting the development of functional communication and life skills, and working with students with low-incidence disabilities and complex communication needs. The position also requires implementing and supporting Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, utilizing evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with various stakeholders. A transition period with the current Speech-Language Pathologist will be provided to ensure a smooth handover.
