About The Position
Speech Language Pathologist roles for the 2026-2027 school year in the Brooklyn Park, MN area. These are in-person positions with 0.8 and 1.0 FTE options available, serving elementary and middle school caseloads. Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and collaborative professionals to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
