About The Position

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing quality language and communication services. This includes assessment, therapeutic treatment planning, and service delivery using best practice treatment modalities for children to facilitate age-appropriate independence in gross motor coordination, balance, strengthening activities, and motor planning activities. The SLP will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress through data analysis and modifications, and demonstrate effective intervention strategies. Additionally, the role involves providing coaching and consultation to staff for continuity and generalization across settings, collaborating with team members, and assessing, recommending, and implementing appropriate communication modalities and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems to meet individual communication needs of children.

Requirements

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities.
Pass a criminal background check, employment physical and drug screen.
