About The Position

Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. They offer a supportive environment with a 90-day ramp-up period for new hires, valuing ethical, evidence-based treatment and a healthy work/life balance. The clinic is described as the outpatient version of a teaching hospital and is one of the largest outpatient therapy clinics in the Houston area. They have a strong speech therapy department with 13 full-time SLPs and are looking for both new clinicians eager to learn and experienced clinicians willing to mentor. The clinic fosters specialization in areas like AAC and feeding, offers continuous learning opportunities including CEUs and in-service presentations, and promotes a multi-disciplinary model of care with collaboration between SLPs, OTs, and PTs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
