Requirements

Current California SLP license.
At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays.
Clear background check.
Valid driving record.
Current TB clearance.
Current BLS certification.
Any other required health and safety credentials (or willingness to obtain them).

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations for Early Start clients alongside other expert clinicians.
Guide individualized intervention plans based on assessments.
Provide consultation services tailored to each child’s needs.
Recommend strategies, communication supports, and meaningful goals in collaboration with Program Supervisors.
Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy targeting vocabulary, sentence structure, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing when appropriate.
Accurately track hours, document progress, and submit reports on time.
