Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health - PRN
About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN position in the Conyers, Georgia and surrounding area. This role focuses on providing patient-centered, one-on-one care in patients' homes, fostering meaningful connections. The mission of Bridgeway Home Health is to provide compassionate home-based care, recognizing the valuable relationships with employees, providers, and the communities served. The SLP will conduct focused one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting, administering speech therapy on an intermittent basis in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current SLP license in the state of Georgia
- Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting focused one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Patient and family teaching in the home setting.
- Administering speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
- Adhering to physician orders and plan of care.
- Working under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
