About The Position

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Flexible Schedule | Home Health - $5000 Signing Bonus. Flexible Schedule | Pediatric Home Health. You became a Speech-Language Pathologist to help children find their voices, not to chase productivity numbers, juggle rigid schedules, or feel unsupported. Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state Speech Therapy license
• CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply — we offer mentorship and support

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21
• Treat children with genetic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Address speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and communication needs
• Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy and carry over skills
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning within a supportive team environment
