About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide care for a diverse patient population at Clear Lake South Rehab. The position offers a flexible schedule. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The ideal candidate has inpatient hospital experience or is committed to learning in that setting. The Speech Language Pathologist provides direct patient care and plans and implements treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. The role also contributes to further development of the services and requires flexibility to meet company needs across different facilities.
Requirements
- Hold an SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Hold current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Outpatient experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Plan and implement individualized treatment programs according to the principles and practices of speech therapy.
- Contribute to the further development of speech therapy services.
