About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role offers flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to control income. The coverage area is Ocoee/West Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time and allow for clustered scheduling. Therapists choose Concierge Home Care for flexibility and autonomy, including the ability to create and manage their own schedules, no required weekends or holidays (optional flexibility), no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, greater control over work-life balance, and true 1:1 patient care. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred but not required
• OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete OASIS documentation as required
• Document visits using streamlined, AI-assisted technology
