Home Health Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
Anew Home Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for PRN hours, covering the north side of Indianapolis. Requirements
- Must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Must possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Must possess a valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have current CPR certification.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health experience is a plus.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implements independently skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with Anew Home Health's policies and procedures.
- Evaluates patients.
- Develops initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develops discharge plans.
- Contributes to case management.
