About The Position

This position provides evaluative, diagnostic, ongoing assessment, and therapeutic speech-language services to assigned preschool students in educational settings. It is an itinerant role that requires travel between school sites. Clinical Fellowship supervision is available, and the Lincoln Intermediate Unit is an ASHA CE Provider.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in Speech and Language Impaired PK-12, or Educational Specialist Certificate for School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12.
  • If the candidate does not hold the Pennsylvania certification, a valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license is required, with an understanding that the candidate must obtain the necessary PA certification within a specified time frame.
  • A Pennsylvania State Speech-Language Pathologist License is required if the candidate is not certified in Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA-CCC) preferred.
  • CFY supervision available.
