About The Position
White Blossom Care Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join their growing in-house rehabilitation team in San Jose, CA. The center is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes in speech, cognition, and swallowing in a resident-centered setting. This role offers a stable, in-house clinical environment with strong compensation and a collaborative team culture, working in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP license.
- CCC-SLP preferred.
- SNF experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement creative, effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records.
- Partner with nursing, dietary, and therapy staff, especially for dysphagia management.
- Provide training and guidance to residents, families, and staff.
