Requirements
- Master’s degree from an ASHA accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language pathologist and ASHA certificate of clinical competence or CFY, or eligibility or evidence of application for licensure, is necessary.
- Have or be eligible for ASHA membership
- Valid North Dakota Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Three years’ experience in pediatric speech language pathology or work with intellectually/developmentally disabled population
- Knowledge of payment sources and systems related to SLP
- Experience collaborating with ABA programming
- One year experience with assistive technology
Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, organizes, develops and implements pediatric speech language pathologist therapy services for individual clients and outside contract services.
- Create individualized treatment plans according to the clients’ needs and circumstances.
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
