About The Position

This role is for a Speech Language Pathologist at Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, a collaborative outpatient pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families. The clinic focuses on helping children build communication, developmental, and functional skills through play-based, individualized treatment plans. The position emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach, with collaboration between speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and feeding specialists. Responsibilities

  • Conduct therapy sessions for children with various strengths and challenges.
  • Build language through imaginative play.
  • Focus on feeding, articulation, AAC, or social communication.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
  • Provide dedicated paid time for documentation, treatment planning, and connecting with families.
  • Provide Early Intervention services through in-home visits or telehealth (optional).
  • Partner closely with families and caregivers.
  • Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
  • Share insights, problem-solve challenges, and develop treatment strategies.
  • Contribute to program development and innovation.
