Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current SLP license in MD/VA.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care
Requires proficiency in technology-driven patient care and HRIS and timekeeping/attendance software.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Nice To Haves

Experience in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s rehab goals.
Collaborate with other therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Document patient progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
