About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite elementary school opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative school environment serving PreK–5th grade students across a blended caseload. Clinicians will support students with a wide range of communication needs, from speech-only services to more complex communication disorders including Autism and low-incidence disabilities. Reading offers a variety of clinical opportunities, making it easier to align placements with each clinician’s strengths and interests while continuing to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Pennsylvania State SLP License
Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Certificate
Experience or interest in school-based therapy services
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting school-aged students

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

Providing direct speech-language therapy services
Conducting evaluations and writing reports
Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Participating in IEP meetings and documentation
Case-managing speech-only students
Supporting students with Autism and low-incidence disabilities
Utilizing AAC strategies and tools when appropriate
