PRN Speech-Language Pathologist - Acute Care
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for acute care in Hendersonville, North Carolina, working with AdventHealth Hendersonville to provide rehabilitation therapy services. The role delivers evidence-based rehabilitation care to support patients returning home or transitioning to their next level of care. The schedule requires two weekend day shifts per month, one major holiday, and one minor holiday. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- NICU experience.
- Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or transition to the next level of care.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
