About The Position

Burger Rehabilitation Systems Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a hospital setting. This is a combined role, with approximately 70% of the time spent in the hospital and 30% in an Adult Day program. The position involves working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physical Therapists (PT). Burger Rehabilitation Systems has been providing clinical excellence and client services since 1978, offering services across various settings including Acute, Skilled Nursing, Home Health Agencies, Senior Residential Communities, Schools, and Occupational Health Clinics.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in a hospital setting and/or with MBS (Modified Barium Swallow study).

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment services for adults with a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide thorough and timely documentation necessary to support third-party reimbursement of claims.
• Participate in program development as appropriate.
• Participate in professional continuing education.
