About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Lakeville, MN area. This is an in-person, part-time position (0.2 FTE, 2 half-days) with a high school caseload. The company is a woman and therapist-run organization focused on supporting clinicians.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License

Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
