About The Position
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are seeking a licensed SLP to provide high quality speech therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care.
Requirements
- Current Ohio SLP license
- Current CPR and/or BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other disciplines of the healthcare team
- Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations
