Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for 1:1 patient care in Ciel of Lowry. This position offers part-time or full-time hours and focuses on evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload. The role involves managing patients with dysphagia, cognitive impairment, neurologic disorders, and problem-solving programs. The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team, making sound decisions based on patient needs. Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Experience with dysphagia is required.
- Active CCC-SLP state license.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in outpatient therapy is a plus.
