Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred (CFs welcome!)
- A creative, caring, and engaging approach to working with children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, functional speech-language therapy services in-home or hybrid settings
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing (as applicable)
- Support family involvement and carryover of therapy strategies in everyday routines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear, timely documentation
