About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Trenton, NJ in a full-time school-based position. We aim to make a meaningful difference in every child’s developmental journey. Clinical Fellows and recent graduates are welcome, with direct supervision and hands-on training provided to support their growth and success. Additional opportunities are available statewide and nationwide, with strong potential for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy to support speech and language development
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required guidelines
