About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This is a float position, working full-time with 37.5 paid hours per week. The role involves providing speech therapy services in a school setting, developing and implementing IEP goals and therapy plans, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams, partnering with teachers and families, maintaining documentation, and monitoring student progress.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
