About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. This is an in-person, full-time position. We are seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Arizona SLP License
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
