The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides support to both inpatient and outpatient services and cares for a diverse patient population. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The role is primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing treatment programs according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. The SLP also contributes to the further development of services and must be flexible to meet company needs across different facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience is ideal, though a commitment to learn is also welcomed.
