Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• A heart for serving children and changing lives

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish/English

Responsibilities

• Design a schedule that works for you while serving children.
• Help a child find their voice.
• Provide speech therapy to a diverse pediatric population.
• Collaborate with other therapists and professionals.
• Participate in local and international therapeutic mission work.
• Provide support with challenging behaviors.
• Offer structured feeding programs.
• Involve in DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) committee.
