AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy in Redford, Michigan. This full-time role will support two ASD classrooms across two buildings. The ideal candidate has interest in working with children with ASD as well as experience with AAC. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support students across direct and consultative services. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply! We provide dedicated supervision and support to help you successfully complete your CF experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
