AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time FMLA coverage position supporting preschool students in a highly supportive school district in Odessa, Delaware. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not being considered for this position.

- Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to preschool-aged students
- Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Support students with speech, language, social communication, and early communication development needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
