Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License required
  • Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment
  • Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not being considered for this position.

  • Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to preschool-aged students
  • Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Support students with speech, language, social communication, and early communication development needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
