This position offers a flexible 20 hour per week schedule. Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist is required. Requirements

Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
State licensure in Ohio.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a SNF setting.
Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

Provide Speech Language Pathology services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress and services provided.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
