About The Position

Be an integral part of the Rehab team by providing quality Speech Language Pathology services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs. Use strong critical thinking skills to develop comprehensive plans of care based on findings following the Speech Language Pathology evaluation. You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally. Requirements

Graduate of a Speech Language Pathology program is required.
Bachelor's Degree Required.
Current Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology license ( SLP-CCC ).
Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire.

Nice To Haves

Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of acute care experience desired.
