About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Centralia, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!

Ampersand Therapy is a local, women- and therapist-operated company founded by providers who understand what it’s like to work in schools. You’ll work alongside a small, passionate team of school-based specialists—some of whom are still active providers in schools themselves. Requirements

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
• CFs welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a 7–12 school setting
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
• Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
