KIPP Chicago is looking for a dynamic and dedicated speech-language pathologist (SLP) to become part of a vibrant educational community. The speech-language pathologist is specially trained to help students with communication disorders succeed academically and socially. The SLP is a vital member of the evaluation and IEP team. This individual not only works with students requiring speech and language services, but also acts as an educator by helping general education teachers understand more about speech and language development. The Speech-Language Pathologist, under the leadership of the Managing Director of Related Service Providers and the lead SLP in collaboration with case managers, teachers and other related service providers, will use effective strategies to serve the needs of students. The School Psychologist position is a full-time, in-person role that requires strong daily attendance on campus daily.
