About The Position
Our client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a speech therapy position in Perris, California. The schedule is a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, health records, and references and pass pre-employment screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
