Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist
About The Position
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join their exceptional pediatric Speech Therapy program. The role involves providing evidence-based and informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. This position is ideal for clinicians who wish to deepen their expertise in evidence-based treatments, help build and improve pediatric behavioral health services, influence clinical programming and best practices, mentor future therapists, and partner with universities to supervise student clinicians. Requirements
- Master’s Degree or Higher
- CCC’s
- NC License
- 4+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Training in evidence-based interventions
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
- Help build and improve pediatric behavioral health services.
- Influence clinical programming and best practices.
- Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
