Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide 1:1 patient care in senior living communities. This role involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of dysphagia, cognitive impairment, neurologic disorders, and problem-solving programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, delivers high-quality outcomes, and can work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, making appropriate decisions based on patient needs. Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Active CCC-SLP state license
- Experience with dysphagia is required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in outpatient therapy is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1
