About The Position
Pediatric Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mission-driven team in Fargo, ND, serving individuals across the lifespan. This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates to grow their careers while making meaningful change for children and families. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will support children with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges—by improving speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to promote independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- North Dakota SLP license (or eligibility) required
- Passion for working with children and families
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain skilled documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries)
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy carryover at home and in natural environments
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Evaluate the child's home, school, and daycare environments and suggest strategies to improve participation.
- Recommend and train families on AAC devices and assistive technology as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, holistic care
- Manage a pediatric caseload, coordinate scheduling, and maintain open family communication
- Complete accurate billing and documentation aligned with services provided
