About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Medford, OR area. This is an in-person, full-time Early Childhood Role (3-5 year olds) starting August 24th, 2026, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role involves providing speech therapy services in a school setting, conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP goals, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams, partnering with teachers and families, and maintaining timely documentation. The company utilizes a multidisciplinary consultative model where SLPs do not case manage, and the average caseload is 50 students. They welcome CFs and have supervisors excited to support new graduates. Weekly team meetings and supportive leadership are provided.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
